McGills, the Cotswold accountancy firm with offices in Cirencester and Malmesbury, has launched a free Guide to Running a Limited Company.
The 20-page guide covers all the basics anyone setting up a limited company for the first time needs to know, such as registering with Companies House and opening a business bank account. It also covers issues around tax and employment which small business owners will need to be aware of.
The guide, which is free-to-access via McGills’ website at www.mcgills.co.uk, reflects the firm’s ethos of working closely with its clients to achieve their aims – summed up as “Great partnerships start here…”
Simon Nuttall, Partner at McGills, said: “We’re delighted that we’ve been able to put together this guide to help those considering making the first steps towards establishing their own limited companies.
“For the last 50 years we’ve been advising people who are looking to start their own businesses, so we’re very familiar with the challenges they face and the questions they want answering.
“We also offer a free one hour initial consultation, which anyone considering the first steps towards business ownership may like to take up.”
“Those looking to set up a limited company are bound to find the guide invaluable as they take their first steps towards business ownership.
The launch of the guide coincides with McGills’ 50th anniversary celebrations this year.
