Members of the team at a leading Cotswold accountancy firm will be putting their best feet forward this weekend, as they raise funds for the Midlands Air Ambulance by taking part in the Cricklade Fun Run.
Staff at McGills Chartered Accountants, which has offices in Cirencester and Malmesbury, will be taking part in the run, with the firm matching donations received up to the value of £250.
The annual event also includes a half marathon and a 10K race, with McGills sponsoring the race numbers for all three events.
The fundraising for the Midlands Air Ambulance follows a recent donation made by McGills Chartered Accountants to the charity in memory of Tim Ackers, who was a Manager in the firm’s Tax Department.
Alison Palmer, a Partner at McGills, said: “The Midlands Air Ambulance does incredible work throughout the Midlands and in Gloucestershire, so as a firm we are very pleased to be able to offer our support.
“The Cricklade Fun Run is a fantastic annual event and it is wonderful to be part of it once again this year.”
