Cotswold accountancy firm bolsters its ranks in 50th anniversary year


A Cotswolds-based accountancy firm has bolstered its ranks in 2016, the year it celebrates its 50th anniversary.

McGills Chartered Accountants, which has offices in Cirencester and Malmesbury, has taken on four new staff this year. Accounts Manager, Gary Fellowes; Accounts Assistant, Bushra Raza; Tax Assistant, Tom Downes and Partners’ Assistant, Andy List have all joined the firm in recent months.

Gary Fellowes joins the accounts department and has 35 years’ experience working with businesses of all sizes, and has particular knowledge of the legal sector. Bushra Raza is a certified accountant, who has joined McGills’ accounts department.

Tom Downes also joins McGills is a Tax Assistant in the Tax Department, having completed his Association of Accounting Technicians Level Three qualification, which he is now pursuing to Level Four. Meanwhile, Andy List joins with more than three decades of accounts experience.
