Andy Cratchley - Accounts Manager
I have worked within the accountancy sector for my entire career. Having worked at other firms of varying sizes I have a great overview of other firms systems and procedures and this has allowed me to bring the best of my experience to McGills.
Joining in 2006 as Accounts Manager, my role is to ensure the smooth workflow and quality of all our accounts jobs. Staff training and development are an integral part of achieving this and a rigorous review process helps maintain our high standards.
Additionally, I am responsible for my own portfolio of clients, which is centred mainly on owner managed businesses. I particularly enjoy working with new business start-ups and helping people to develop their business in the right way from day one!
My skills are definitely in the detail and managing a large volume of work at any time.
